RocksX (Mobile App or App) is a Mobile App created by 1000274400 Ontario Corp. (“We”, "Us", "Our", Ours").This Privacy Policy describes how your information is collected, used and shared when you use the Mobile App and services.The Mobile App is provided by us and is governed by this Privacy Policy and the End User License Agreement (EULA).

1. What kinds of information is NOT collected?
   Your data and photos of your sex activities, partners, positions, places, and tags are not collected. They stay on your own device (and your own backup storage if you backup the app using your own backup tools).

2. What kinds of information is collected?
   We will collect the following kinds of information when you or other users access the Mobile App:

   • Your Chat with AI Sex Coach

   • Your Feedback

   • App Version

   • Log & Crash Data

   • Cookies (Not Collected on iOS, Not Collected after version 8.2.5 on Android)

The app uses third party services (Such as Firebase, Google Analytics - Not on iOS and Not on Android after version 8.2.5, Ad mob, OpenAI ChatGPT API etc.) that may collect information used to identify you and :

   • To facilitate our Service;

   • To provide the Service on our behalf;

   • To perform Service-related services; or

   • To assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.

4. You agree that those third parties may have access to your Information such as cookies, identifiers for mobile devices (e.g., Android Advertising Identifier or Advertising Identifier for iOS, Subscriber Unique Identifiers of Revenue Cat) or similar technology that are used to collect data.
   You can disable google analytics data collection and/or personalized ads features in the settings of the App.

5. How do we use this information? We use your information to:

   • Identify it’s you when you use the Mobile App;

   • Respond to your questions or comments;

   • Work with law enforcement and keep Mobile App safe. We may get requests for account information from law enforcement authorities like the police or courts.

   • Conduct analytics and research on who is using the Mobile App and what they are doing;

   • Improve the Mobile App and offer new features;

   • Decide which ads to show you

   • Share chat contents with AI sex coach to our users/user community or anyone at our sole discretion. 

6. Disclosure of information
   We disclose the information collected in the following ways:

   • to third-party service providers that assist in providing the Service or part of the Service;

     • More information on How Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps

   • in connection with a substantial corporate transaction, such as the transfer of the Service, a merger, consolidation, asset sale or in the unlikely event of bankruptcy or insolvency;

   • to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security or technical issues; and

You may access or delete information that you have uploaded using the tools within the Mobile App. If you are not able to do so using the tools provided in the Mobile App, you should contact us to access or modify your information. Please note the chats with AI Sex Coach are posted anonymously and become assets of us.

The Service may contain links to content maintained by third parties that We does not control. You should review the privacy policies of each website/App/Service that you visit or use.

6. Transferring the information

The Mobile App is a worldwide service. By using our products or services, you authorize us to transfer and store your information outside your home country, including in the United States, for the purposes described in this policy. The privacy protections and the rights of authorities to access your personal information in such countries may not be equivalent to those of your home country.

We value your trust in providing us your Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. IN NO EVENT (INCLUDING DATA BREACH EVENT) SHALL WE OR OUR EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS OR AGENTS BE LIABLE, WHETHER BY WAY OF ANY SUIT OR ACTION OR OTHER, FOR ANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE OR COST WHICH YOU MAY SUFFER OR INCUR AT ANY TIME, BY REASON OF YOUR POSSESSION OR USE OF THE MOBILE APP OR ARISING OUT OF THE EXERCISE OF YOUR RIGHTS UNDER THIS AGREEMENT.

8. Account Closure

If you have created an account with us (in most use case no account is needed)and would like to stop using the Service, you should contact us by email. It typically takes about 90 days to delete an account after account closure, but some information may remain in backup copies for a reasonable period of time. Please note that content you create and share on the Mobile App is owned by us and may remain on our database and be accessible even if your account is deactivated or terminated.

9. Changes to the Privacy Policy

We may change this policy from time to time. If you continue to use the Mobile App after those changes are in effect, you agree to the new policy.
